During its strong track record, INVERCASA has been able to combine excellence in business with a social vision and responsibility.

Among new projects INVERCASA released the first international emission of 40 million dollars in preferred stocks from the Global Group of Panama.

INVERCASA celebrates this upcoming June 12th its 15th anniversary since its foundation, time in which they have focused their efforts in identifying and helping potentiate business in Nicaragua. "We have been able to reach our vision of creating value to the shareholders, with social, enterprise, financial and environmental responsibility, competitive advantages that will assure long term success of the group", expressed Mr. Raul Amador, president of the INVERCASA group.

During the 15th Anniversary Event, celebrated in the Club Terraza's greatest ball room, Mr. Amador recalled the beginning of the group and the philosophy of work they have impelled.

"We have developed our activities trying for people who we work with, feel comfortable and satisfied with our service and insisting to incorporate the social and communitarian ingredient to their own business", he added.
The business man emphasized the philosophy of social responsibility of the INVERCASA Group, embodied in the Central Hospital of Managua "Dr. Cesar Amador Kuhl", which is the only institution in the country that transfers all of its utilities in benefit of their members.

Next Actions

Mr. Amador took advantage of the occasion to announce that they are currently working on a process of approval of the first international emission that would be registered in Nicaragua before the Nicaraguan Stock Market and the Supervision of Banks. "This is a $40MM emission of preferred shares of the Global Group of Panama", he explained.

He also referred to the new Law of Capital Market approved in Nicaragua, which allows INVERCASA Group to offer local assistance to access international markets and offer solutions to the huge crisis. "Somehow this law complements the Portfolio Theory and we in the INVERCASA Stock- Market are prepared to assist our clients in the new trends in the modern economy", he added.

As he finalized his speech, Mr. Amador acknowledged the invaluable support of his parents, Mr. Raul Amador Kuhl and Mrs. Telma Torrez Lazo, the strength of his moral values, sense of justice, honesty and courage to defy with no fear the adversity, risk and love of work.

"Hemos podido alcanzar nuestra la visión de crear valor para los accionistas, con responsabilidad social, empresarial, fiscal y ambiental ventajas competitivas que asegurarán el éxito de largo plazo del grupo", expresó el Lic. Raúl Amador, presidente del Grupo Invercasa.

Durante el acto de celebración del 15 aniversario, realizado en el Salón Mayor del Club Terraza, el Lic. Amador recordó los inicios del grupo y la filosofía de trabajo que han impulsado. "Hemos desarrollado nuestras actividades procurando que las personas con quienes tratamos, se sientan cómodas y satisfechas con nuestros servicios e instándoles a incorporar en sus propios negocios el ingrediente social y comunitario", agregó.

El empresario destacó la filosofía de responsabilidad social del Grupo Invercasa, plasmada en el Hospital Central Managua "Dr. César Amador Kühl", única institución en el país que transfiere la totalidad de sus utilidades en beneficio de sus afiliados.

Próximas Acciones

El Lic. Amador aprovechó la ocasión para anunciar que están trabajando en el proceso de aprobación de la primera emisión internacional que sería registrada en Nicaragua ante la Bolsa de Valores y la Superintendencia de Bancos. "Esta es una emisión de $40 MM de acciones preferentes del Grupo Mundial de Panamá", explicó.

También se refirió a la nueva Ley de Mercado de Capitales aprobada en Nicaragua, que permite al Grupo Invercasa brindar asesoría local para acceder a los mercados internacionales y ofrecer soluciones a las grandes crisis. "De alguna manera esta ley complementa la Teoría de Portafolio y nosotros en INVERCASA Puesto de Bolsa, estamos preparados para asesorar a nuestros clientes en las nuevas tendencias de la economía moderna", agregó.
Al finalizar su discurso, el Lic. Amador agradeció el invaluable aporte de sus padres, Ing. Raúl Amador Kühl y Sra. Thelma Torres Lazo, al fortalecimiento de sus valores morales, sentido de justicia, la honestidad y el valor para desafiar sin temores la adversidad y los riesgos y amor al trabajo.
